Smag Pa Dig Selve
Since 2018, Smag På Dig Selv (SPDS) has been pushing the boundaries of genre with their explosive fusion of acoustic techno, raw punk energy, and 90s-inspired dance music. With two saxophones, drums, and a poetic yet activist approach, the trio creates an intense and euphoric live experience. Their groundbreaking sound and fierce stage presence have earned them a reputation as one of Scandinavia’s most compelling live acts – culminating in a Danish Music Award for *New Live Act of the Year* in 2024 and The Independent Award for *Live Act of the Year* in 2026. Following strong demand, the band released their debut album *SPDS* in 2024, further cementing their reputation as a formidable live act. In 2025, they expanded into the international market with performances at *SXSW, ESNS, The Great Escape, SummerStage NYC, Athens Jazz Festival*, a tour in Brazil, and more. In March 2026, SPDS released their second album *This Is Why We Lost* to international critical acclaim. The release was followed by their ambitious *Christiania World Tour* and an extensive run of shows across Europe, the UK, and the Nordics. During the summer of 2026, SPDS performed to an audience of over 20,000 at the legendary *Roskilde Festival*, alongside appearances at major festivals across Europe. Od roku 2018 posouvají Smag På Dig Selv (SPDS) hranice žánrů svou explozivní fúzí akustického techna, syrové punkové energie a taneční hudby inspirované 90. lety. Trio ve složení dvou saxofonů a bicích vytváří intenzivní a euforickou živou show, která kombinuje poetický přístup s aktivismem. Jejich originální zvuk a nespoutaná energie na pódiu jim vynesly pověst jedné z nejvýraznějších koncertních kapel Skandinávie – korunovanou oceněním Danish Music Award v kategorii *Nový live act roku* v roce 2024 a The Independent Award za *Live Act roku* v roce 2026. Po velkém zájmu fanoušků vydala kapela v roce 2024 své debutové album *SPDS*, čímž dále upevnila svou pověst mimořádně silné koncertní kapely. V roce 2025 se vydala na mezinárodní scénu a vystoupila například na festivalech *SXSW*, *ESNS*, *The Great Escape*, *SummerStage NYC* a *Athens Jazz Festival*, absolvovala také turné po Brazílii a řadu dalších koncertů. V březnu 2026 vydali SPDS své druhé album *This Is Why We Lost*, které sklidilo nadšené ohlasy mezinárodní kritiky. Následovalo ambiciózní turné *Christiania World Tour* a rozsáhlá série koncertů po Evropě, Velké Británii a severských zemích. V létě 2026 SPDS vystoupili před více než 20 000 diváky na legendárním festivalu *Roskilde* a zároveň se představili na významných festivalech napříč Evropou.
