Dark decadence with a touch of lightness and perspective, a longing for freedom – that’s SAMIR HAUSER. A charismatic figure on the Czech electronic music scene. A demon who’ll entertain you. Those of an older generation will surely recall Čínská čtvrť, his first band, which used to play at Sedmička in the late eighties. We’re all familiar with the hard-hitting, cult band Vanessa, which appeared there in the early nineties. We all know Bruno Ferrari. And now we’re getting to know Samir’s solo album, a personal project, quite possibly even a confession, from an eternal (?) sinner and kamikaze pilot through life and art. The album is called *Patient 0*. After more than thirty years, Samir Hauser is returning to Sedmička and putting himself on the line. How could it be otherwise? Special guests include the new band Tuzexe (Vanessa’s guitarist), the graceful, melancholic rock guitar track SMRTISLAV, played in the shadow of Lišaj Smrtihlava, and the light, flowing synth-pop gem BULL IN CHINA by music journalist Pavel Kučera.
