**Rock Christmas at Barča 2026** Do you love the classics? Then don’t miss “Rock Christmas at Barča”! This year’s lineup features: ALEŠ BRICHTA PROJECT, KOMUNÁL, and American legends FLOTSAM AND JETSAM!! And just as we promised at last year’s Barča, this year you can look forward to TWO shows with this lineup right here at Barča!!!! “Rock Christmas at Barča” is extra special this year, and since tickets are selling out fast, the event is scheduled for Wednesday, December 16, 2026, as well as Thursday, December 17, 2026. This event—or rather, this wonderful gathering—has been singer Aleš Brichta’s big Christmas party for more than three decades. This year’s lineup will once again feature true classics in the following order: ALEŠ BRICHTA PROJECT, KOMUNÁL, and, as a special surprise, the iconic American band FLOTSAM AND JETSAM. “Barča” is thus returning to its roots, when, in the late 1980s, the “Kulturní dům Barikádníků” in Prague 10—or “Barča”—was a true bastion of rock in what was then Czechoslovakia. The selection of bands for both of this year’s events is by no means random: **SPECIAL GUEST – Flotsam and Jetsam (USA):** We promised a blast—here it is! American thrash/speed-metal legends Flotsam and Jetsam are returning to Europe, and they won’t skip Prague this December. The band, which has been a pillar of the global metal scene since 1981—and where Jason Newsted got his start—will treat fans to an energetic show full of fast riffs, technical precision, and timeless songs. You can look forward to a cross-section of the band’s extensive discography, from classic albums like *No Place For Disgrace* and *Cuatro* to more recent work, including tracks from their new album *Rats In The Temple*. Tato akce, resp. toto krásné setkávání je již více než tři desítky let velkým vánočním mejdanem zpěváka Aleše Brichty.
