Frankie & The Deadbeats — křest alba + Matt Charette & The Truer Sound (US) + DJ Kuda
Frankie and The Deadbeats will launch their third studio album, *Sometimes Drunk, Always Fucked Up*, in Prague. The new album is being released after a three-year hiatus, once again on the Pushteek label. The special guest of the evening will be Matt Charette, a prominent figure in the Boston DIY scene, who blends punk roots with Americana and country in his music. His songs are raw, personal, and drawn from his own experiences and the life around him. This time, he’ll also be coming to Europe for the first time with his band, The Truer Sound. DJ Kuda will be behind the turntables throughout the evening. While touring with bands, he made a habit of scouring every record store he came across, gradually building a collection full of musical discoveries. His set blends rocksteady, soul, and music from the Middle East.
Frankie and The Deadbeats pokřtí v Praze svou třetí studiovou desku Sometimes Drunk, Always Fucked Up. Tentokrát navíc poprvé dorazí do Evropy i se svou kapelou The Truer Sound.
