Collegium 1704 a přátelé: Sturm und Drang
Music of passion, defiance and transformation. An age when music was breaking free from old conventions and seeking a new language for human emotion. The music of Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and Jiří Antonín Benda meets texts by Johann Wolfgang Goethe and other writers who gave voice to individuality, feeling and freedom of artistic expression. The turbulent world of the second half of the 18th century captures a moment when European culture was turning away from the old order and opening the way towards new forms of musical and human expression.
Hudba vášně, vzdoru a proměny. Doba, kdy se hudba osvobozuje od starých pravidel a hledá nový výraz lidských emocí. Hudba Carla Philippa Emanuela Bacha a Jiřího Antonína Bendy se setkává s texty Johanna Wolfganga Goetha a dalších autorů, kteří dali hlas individualitě, citu a svobodě uměleckého projevu. Bouřlivý svět druhé poloviny 18. století zachycuje okamžik, kdy se evropská kultura odvrací od starého řádu a otevírá cestu k novému hudebnímu i lidskému výrazu.
