An incredible 106 years ago, Karel Čapek created his famous visionary work, predicting the very issues the whole world is grappling with today: artificial intelligence, automation, and the limits of human power. A timeless vision was born of a world overwhelmed by technology. At Rossum’s Universal Robots, artificial workers—robots—are being created. Efficient, tireless, moodless, and emotionless.
